Chef Christian was born in Columbus, Ohio to parents of Lebanese origin. He left Columbus at a young age and lived in Pittsburgh, PA for about 6 years before moving to Cleveland. He is currently working as an accountant in the Cleveland area, but cooking has always been his first passion. When he was about 10 years old, he began cooking with his mother and learned many traditional Lebanese recipes. As he grew older, he started watching ‘Food Network’ regularly and began adding his own creative twist to restaurant style dishes. He has experience working as a sous chef at Taza A Lebanese Grill in Cleveland and as a prep cook at Eurest Dining Services in Johnstown, PA. He has recently started eating more vegan meals and would like to open a vegan food truck one day. Chef Christian looks forward to cooking for you and bringing you delicious and healthy recipes from different cultures.
