Chef Jared is a professional chef with more than 11 years of experience cooking in restaurants, hotels, food trucks, and almost everything else in between. He is classically trained, holding degrees in culinary arts and food service management from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC. In his career, he has traveled to many parts of the world and worked with many great chefs. He loves drawing on these experiences to create exciting new dishes and bring the world into your kitchen. Some of the cuisines he enjoys cooking the most are Thai, Latin, French, Spanish, Italian, Indian, Middle Eastern, New American, and Vegan.
