John Adams
Chef John was born in Houston, TX, and spent most of his early childhood in CO, TN, and SD. His interest in cooking came from watching his mother cook and his first job at an Italian Restaurant in Pittsburgh. Since then, his culinary journey has taken him to Denver, San Francisco, Columbus, and finally Cincinnati. He has mostly worked in restaurants, but in Columbus, he had a chance to work with several catering companies and, most notably, was the personal chef/bartender/server for the CEO of Nationwide. His time in Cincinnati has mostly been spent working for catering companies. In this capacity, he has directly supervised teams responsible for everything from an intimate cocktail party to weddings for 400 people. Chef John is eager to bring his culinary knowledge and passion for cooking to your home.
