Although nowhere I could see on their site, they did NOT allow me to use a discount code with my gift certificate. Ultimately, I had to call customer service to complete by phone.

Because of that I had to have two lines of communication going—one to CookinGenie and one to the chef. It would have been easier to only have one. But at the end of the day, the process was not hard and everything worked well.
