Yes. We need the recipient’s cell phone number (and optionally an email address) to redeem the card.

Unless it is a custom card design, all cards are available for download/print immediately on purchase.

You can choose from one of three options. Email or SMS the gift card or print out the card you purchased. The recipient will instantly get the electronic gift card by email or SMS.

All cards are valid up to a year from purchase for use on cookingenie.com.

All gift cards can be redeemed on CookinGenie.com to book any genie, menu, date, time and city.

Unfortunately, gift cards once purchased cannot be refunded or returned.

When you purchase the gift card, you will receive an invoice on your registered email. If you need a custom invoice made towards your business, please contact support@cookingenie.com

Yes! Each gift card can be added separately to your shopping cart. Then you can buy multiple gift cards at checkout as a single purchase.

If your order amount exceeds the amount of the gift card, you can put the balance on any credit or debit cards accepted at cookingenie.com (we accept most major credit and debit cards). If your order amount is less than the gift card amount, the balance will stay on your card and can be used for any future order.

We do not offer the facility to reload a gift card since you can easily purchase and redeem a new gift card.

Yes, simply email your name to support@cookingenie.com to have the gift card re-sent or have a new one issued in case you lose the original email.

No! We want the recipient to enjoy the full value of your gift. No additional fee is charged to redeem a CookinGenie gift card.

Yes. Unused gift cards may be shared with friends & family.
