Angela Russ
She grew up watching Julia Child and spent a lot of time watching her grandmother cook. Her grandmother taught her how to make a gingerbread cake at the age of 5 years old. Chef Angela has always been interested in food, food allergies, and figuring out how to make classic dishes with a twist. The twist being low sodium, gluten free, nut free, or modifying to suit the need. She is very creative and likes trying new dishes or making old dishes new again.
