Passion for the culinary arts starts with art being the center of my vision. Cooking is one of the only forms of art that has the ability to tantalize each and ever one of our 5 senses if done correctly. This is my goal when I prepare meals for anyone. I ask questions about taste and preference to cater to be the best it can for any type of event. From catering management experience in the sunny state of Florida to being a sous chef of a major convention center in Cincinnati.
