Coleen Henry-Lawrence
Cooking has always been Chef Coleen’s passion. After finishing her bachelor's degree at USF, I left home to study at the International Culinary Center in New York, NY where she graduated top of her class. Since then, she has worked for clientele in NY and FL, restaurants in the Rockefeller Center, as a sous chef at a country club in Austin TX, and her own pop-up events. This year, her father helped her to start and register her new business, so that she could share her art with everyone. Currently, she is renting a kitchen in downtown Tampa where she cooks for clients and hosts her own events. She has also started her own line of pot-pies that are Chef Coleen’s take on classic comfort food.
