Dylan Tompkins
My name is Dylan Tompkins. I have spent many years in the Culinary industry with cooking positions with McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant Group (Columbus) and The Goat (Hilliard). I was born in Columbus, Ohio, raised in central Florida, now back in my hometown after 13 years. I have always had a passion for food, whether eating it or making it. I love learning new techniques, dishes, and cuisines, I learn something new every time I cook. When I plan to make a new dish, I do research days in advance to perfect it; perfect it to a science. I have a wide range of dishes that anyone will love! I started working in restaurants when I was 19 and subsequently worked on providing my own signatures on dishes that I learnt in the culinary space. I am so excited to make some wonderful food for you all!
