Originally born on the Island of St. Croix USVI I grew up with a large family and was taught how to cook at the early age of 9 by my Grandmother. I attended The Art Institute Of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where i was professionally trained in The Culinary Arts Associate Program. With over 11 years of experience I’ve worked in many Highly Rated Hotels & Resorts, Acclaimed Country Clubs, Disney and almost everything else in between. Im an Advocate of Fusion Cuisine and have been fascinated by the extensive history of some of our most popular dishes . My passion is to share my love of food with others through my meals.
