John Westenhofer
Chef John has been in the food industry for almost 40 years and loved every moment of it. He started in the hotdog and Italian beef sandwich world then moved to pizzerias. He spent 16 years in the restaurant world then moved to the private chef lifestyle, to balance raising a family. Fun fact about Chef John, he also owns a vintage hotdog cart that was once owned by the American Pickers, from his hometown and it's a blast to bring out for catered events.
